Additionally included in this new document drop appears to be a property layout for Great St James island, situated in the American territory.

Jeffrey Epstein acquired a smaller island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but later purchased the bigger Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.

The site plan is covered in notations in red and includes a legend identifying different sections of the land.
